1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and tr555 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the tr555 website at https://tr555.bet, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of tr555 following any amendment to these Terms and Conditions will constitute your acceptance of those amendments.

tr555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via the platform interface or email where reasonably practicable. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of tr555's services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during which you hold an active tr555 account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. tr555 operates a strict minimum age policy and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gambling services under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of tr555 is lawful in your country or region of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of a third party, business entity, or organisation.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion agreement with tr555 or any affiliated gaming platform.

Age Verification

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, all players are required to submit valid proof of age documentation before any withdrawal request can be processed. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority. tr555 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where satisfactory age verification cannot be completed, and any funds held in an unverified account may be withheld pending review.

If tr555 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending bets voided, all winnings forfeited, and the original deposit amount retained pending a full investigation. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use appropriate parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling websites.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of tr555 services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and withdrawing funds, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a chosen username and password.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active tr555 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same person — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, tr555 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual without notice, forfeit any pending bonuses or winnings credited to duplicate accounts, and restrict future account creation.

Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform remains accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your residential address, phone number, or payment method details — you must update your account profile promptly. tr555 accepts no liability for failed transactions or delayed withdrawals resulting from inaccurate or outdated player information.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of tr555's commitment to security and responsible gaming, all accounts are subject to KYC verification. Verification may be triggered at registration, upon the first withdrawal request, or at any point during the account lifecycle at tr555's discretion. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (national ID card or passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account matching the registered mobile number)

Account Security

You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. tr555 staff will never contact you to request your password by any means. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately and change your password without delay. tr555 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has not taken reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

tr555 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed for the Bangladesh market. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however large deposits may trigger additional KYC review. Deposits are credited to your tr555 account in real time in most cases. In the event that a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, you should contact tr555 support at [email protected] with the relevant transaction reference. tr555 does not charge fees on deposits made via bKash or Nagad; fees imposed by the payment provider on their end are outside tr555's control.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 4 hours for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, as part of tr555's anti-money-laundering controls. If you need to withdraw to a different method, you must contact support to request a review.

tr555 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. A withdrawal may be delayed if it triggers an automated risk or fraud review. Winnings obtained from bonus funds may only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

Currency and Exchange

All account balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tr555 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility and are not reimbursed by tr555.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tr555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general Terms and Conditions document, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that promotion only.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited to your tr555 account in the form of bonus balance, which is held separately from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• tr555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a player has already opted in to a promotion and begun wagering, tr555 will endeavour to honour the terms in place at the time of opt-in.
• Bonuses may only be used in connection with the specific games or game categories stated in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on ineligible games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• tr555 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the promotion-specific terms, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any form of bonus abuse.

Loyalty Program Points

Players who are enrolled in the tr555 Loyalty Program earn points for every ৳100 wagered on eligible games. Loyalty points accumulate and contribute to tier progression as set out in the Loyalty Program terms available on the Loyalty Program page. Points have no cash value unless explicitly stated and may not be transferred between accounts. tr555 reserves the right to modify the Loyalty Program structure, point earning rates, and tier benefits at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing bets or playing games on tr555, you acknowledge and accept the following rules governing the conduct of betting and gaming activity on the platform.

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on tr555 are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and the specific bet type. tr555 offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting on cricket, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, as well as other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). In the event of a dispute over a result, tr555's decision, based on the best available evidence, is final.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the time of placement. tr555 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined where there has been a technical delay in odds updating.
• tr555 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void bets on any market at its absolute discretion, including in cases of suspected match fixing, suspicious betting patterns, or technical errors in odds pricing.
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits are displayed on each market and may vary by sport, competition, and market type.

Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on tr555 are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the rules of that specific game as set by the provider. Malfunction voids all pays and play. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or in the middle of a slot spin, tr555's server records shall be the definitive record of the game state and outcome.

Plinko and Crash Games

Crash games and drop games such as Plinko operate with a provably fair or independently certified RNG mechanic. The outcome of each round is determined before the round begins and cannot be altered by tr555 or any other party after the round has commenced. The minimum stake for Plinko rounds begins at ৳100 per round. Detailed game rules are displayed within each game interface.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tr555. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification; impersonating another person; using a stolen or unauthorised payment method.
• Money Laundering: Using tr555 for the purpose of depositing, layering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity. tr555 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms; using automated software or bots to complete wagering requirements.
• Cheating and Collusion: Colluding with other players at multiplayer tables; using software tools, artificial intelligence, or third-party assistance to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds on tr555. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation, and tr555 reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds through legal means.
• Hacking and Technical Exploitation: Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with tr555's systems, software, or data; exploiting bugs or errors in game software for financial gain rather than reporting them to tr555 support.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to tr555 by any person under the age of 18.
• Commercial Use: Using tr555's platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate, accepting bets from third parties through your account, or reselling odds or game access.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your tr555 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, and any active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be removed. Real-money balances remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account as a responsible gaming measure, please request a self-exclusion rather than a standard account closure. Self-exclusion prevents you from opening a new account on the platform for the duration of the exclusion period. Suspension and Closure by tr555

tr555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period
• Detection of fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financial crime
• Legal or regulatory obligation requiring account restriction
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be designated dormant; dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account settings at the time of dormancy notification)

Where an account is closed by tr555 for a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any remaining real-money balance may be retained by tr555 as compensation for losses caused by the breach, subject to the outcome of any internal investigation. tr555 will provide written notification of the reason for closure where permitted to do so by applicable law and internal policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tr555's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms and Conditions, regardless of the nature of the claim, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 90 days preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim. tr555 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages of any kind. tr555 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical downtime, maintenance windows, or network connectivity issues outside tr555's reasonable control.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable offshore gaming regulations under the jurisdiction of tr555's operating licence. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the platform, you should first contact tr555 support at [email protected] to seek resolution through the platform's internal complaints procedure. tr555 endeavours to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified in the platform's licence conditions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with tr555's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms communicated to you at the relevant time, constitute the entire agreement between you and tr555 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind between you and tr555, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect. tr555's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms and Conditions may not be assigned or transferred by you without tr555's prior written consent. tr555 may assign these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part without restriction.
